MurphsLife Foundation Presents

The Regenerative
Ecosystem

Four interconnected ventures. One regenerative vision.
El Salvador's first world-class wellness destination.

01
Our Mission

Building
regenerative
communities.

MurphsLife Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit building regenerative communities in Latin America. We believe that luxury hospitality, sustainable agriculture, and community development are not competing interests — they are the same interest, expressed at different scales.

Casa Conejo is our flagship project: a 46-acre owned regenerative estate in the volcanic highlands of Juayúa, El Salvador. What began as a single farm has grown into an interconnected ecosystem of four revenue-generating ventures — each reinforcing the others, each lifting the surrounding community.

The Ecosystem

Four pillars. One vision.

Each venture is designed to stand alone as a profitable business — and to amplify every other venture in the ecosystem. The spa guest eats at the restaurant. The hotel guest buys the coffee. The café visitor books a retreat.

Why El Salvador, Why Now

U.S. Global Entry program added El Salvador in 2025 — signaling deepening travel integration with the highest-spending tourist market.

Zero capital gains tax and Bitcoin legal tender create a uniquely investor-friendly environment for hospitality ventures.

Juayúa sits at 1,400m elevation in the Ruta de las Flores — El Salvador's premier tourism corridor with year-round spring climate.

No comparable premium wellness offering exists within 200km. Casa Conejo is the undisputed first mover.
